Common questions
Is my data really encrypted?
Yes — client-side, in your browser, with AES-GCM 256 and a key derived from your passphrase. We never see your files or the key. Read the technical walkthrough.
What is Voice-match?
Voice-match analyses patterns in your knowledge base — sentence length, vocabulary, tone, formality, hedging — and extracts a “voice fingerprint” that gets injected into the drafting prompt alongside the facts from your KB. Standard RAG gives Claude your facts; Voice-match gives it your style. Included in Pro and Pro Plus.
What if I cancel?
You drop back to Free. Your knowledge base stays intact; if you exceed Free’s 50 MB limit, you’ll need to delete some files before uploading more. Creator and engineer bucket files remain but can’t be used until you resubscribe.
What if I forget my passphrase?
Your knowledge base becomes unrecoverable. We cannot reset it — that’s the price of the encryption guarantee. Store your passphrase in a password manager.
